Getting Started...
Getting started on your new build, remodel, or addition can be an intimidating task, with some builders it is hard to know where to start, but with us, we do everything we can to make sure it is a fast and easy process.
1. Get In Touch
Before we can do anything, we have got to hear from you, so give us a call or shoot us an email, we would love to hear from you and set up a time that we can meet.

- b. Discuss the project scope
- c. Discuss a timeline
- d. Set up a follow up meeting
2. Bid Preperation
Now that we know what you want, and how you want it done, we can begin putting together an estimate for the project. It will be transparent and easy to understand. No tricks.
- a. Begin estimate
- b. Obtain subcontracting quotes if necessary
- c. Present estimate to customer
- d. Discuss estimate, expectations, and work schedule
3. Build Phase
Once we have reached an agreement on the project & the timeline we can begin construction, or set a date for the project to begin.

- c. Discuss job site expectations
- d. Begin the build
